As bicycles grow in popularity and street planners evolve a new respect for the cyclist, how do we avoid folk buying boxed up lifestyles many of whom have few skills to maintain? For Cycling to succeed as a positive lifestyle option we must support our traditional local bike shop.
Juicy Bikes appreciate the importance of our Local Bike Shops, for on-line shoppers and our communities. So, our policy for 2020 and beyond is:
Every sale we make at our website will be offered, in full, to the nearest existing Juicy Bike stockist. If there is no existing stockist nearby we will research and find a good, small, independent and traditional bike shop, and offer them that sale, in full. Each bike will be delivered to and prepared by experienced mechanics with a reputation for excellent service and long term support. Our ambition is for them to become a full stockist based on their judgement of our product. We aim to create a long term relationship between customer and shop and between us and each local shop.
Here's one store owner who is providing a great customer experience to new Juicy Bike owners...
